Melissa Duplexes is the product of converting the old Melissa hotel into 10 apartments. Achieving this involved changes to all interior walls and bathrooms and new walls and bedrooms have been added to the complex. Highest quality construction materials have been used throughout to appeal to the eyes and at the same time maintain the balance of the existing construction. All apartments are duplexes with indoor staircases. Each apartment has a sea view and its own balcony and terrace. The ground floor apartments have direct access to the main pool area while those with entrances on the second floor can take advantage of using the rooftops. All  apartments are fully furnished and air-conditioned. Apartment 5 is finished now and used as a demo apartment to be shown to interested parties. Our neighbourhood is a newly developing area of all new villas and apartments.
